Meet the co-lead instructor Leda Olmsted!

Leda Olmsted is a Colorado based yoga teacher with a passion for movement, music, and adventure. Her yoga practice began as a compliment to her active lifestyle and love of surfing, but quickly shifted into a spiritual path. She leads international yoga &  retreats, 200 hour yoga trainings, SUP yoga workshops and trainings, as well as women’s Shred Camps, which focus on female empowerment through yoga and board sports. In her classes you can expect killer beats, fluid movements, and alignment based cues that help students explore new depths in their practice.

Meet the co-lead instructor Alex Sandoval!

Alex stumbled into his yoga back in 2014, simply looking for freedom from stress and bad habits that were causing problems in his life. He soon found that the hours he spent on the mat were the best moments of his day, and began attending classes as much as possible and practicing at home when he couldn’t make it to the studio. Yoga became his lifeboat during two years of radical personal upheaval and positive transformation, and Alex credits the practice for changing and saving his life. He considers it his life mission to share his passion for the practice with as many people as possible.

Operating from the belief that yoga is an all inclusive source of healing, “If you have breath you belong on the mat”, Alex strives to teach classes with an emphasis on self compassion, self study, mindful attention to detail, and a meditative awareness of the link between breath, energetic patterns in the body, and resulting ability to take the yoga out of the studio and live life heart forward. He feels honored, blessed and humbled to be able to teach, and absolutely loves talking about yoga and life with his students.

Meet the DJ Jillian Keaveny!

Moved and inspired by connection, physical movement and sound, Jillian Keaveny is a full time yoga/fitness instructor and DJ in beautiful Denver, Colorado.

It was through teaching yoga that first allowed Jillian to hear music through the ears of a musician and performer. The meticulous planning of playlists set to match the physical and emotional experience of her students got her out of the mindset of a pure listener to conduit. With a love for mixing old with new, trip hop, trap, and electro house, Jillian brings the heart beat and message of music to the forefront.

Jillian has been an 200-hr RYS certified yoga instructor since 2010 and has her BA in Kinesiology. She has taught yoga and fitness in both Colorado Springs and Denver over the past ten years. She recently opened a fitness studio called Compass Fitness and teaches there along with pop-up classes with SoundOff Colorado (silent disco). Some of her most recent DJ'ing highlights included playing for Yoga on the Rocks (Red Rocks) Wanderlust yoga festival in Aspen, CO, and Daybreaker (Denver). Jillian is a Colorado native and enjoys mixing in the Denver area, whether its for a serene savasana, an intense group fitness circuit, or dancefloor bombs.
